Condition: The book is in damaged condition. Unfortunately, the bottom of the book has been affected by water damage. As a result, the front and back covers are somewhat deteriorated, but the pages are still in reasonably good condition. Signed by the mayor of Rösrath.

Conditie: Boek is in beschadigde conditie. Helaas is de onderkant van het boek door waterschade aangetast. De voor- en achterkant van het boek zijn daardoor wat vervallen, maar de pagina’s verkeren nog in redelijk goede staat. Gesigneerd door de burgemeester van Rösrath.
Leuk boek dat niet veel kost vanwege de conditie.
